Bright and beautiful two bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment with balconies, on 3rd, with elevator. The apartment sleeps 4 people on one double bed and two single beds. The ideal occupancy would be 3 or 4 people.
PLEASE NOTE: This apartment probably does not have a Holiday Rental Licence, although we comply with the requirements and have applied for one, therefore it can only be legally rented for periods of 32 or more consecutive days, due to the Catalan Endangered Hotels Protection Act (a.k.a. "Decret 159/2012 de 20 de novembre").
