In this webpage I will be documenting the progress in the restoration of the farmhouse called "Mas Carmona", which is located in the municipality of Castellví de Rosanes, near Sant Andreu de la Barca and Martorell, and under 30 km (or about 20 miles) away from the center of the city of Barcelona, Spain.
My job is general contractor, although many of the tasks I will be doing myself.
A look at the condition of the house at the beginning of the works.
Cleaning up the debris accumulated in the house.
Clearing the vegetation around the house in order to have a good view of all the exterior walls.
Propping up the structure so that beams can be fixed or replaced.
